Opening Order Minimum

Reorder Minimum

There is no re-order minimum threshold.  Feel free to reorder anything you like.

Payment

Orders must be prepaid via the secure Shopify portal.  Forms of payment accepted include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. To arrange for Chase QuickPay please contact Janeane at hello@redbudjewelry.com

Shipping

All orders will ship within 3-4 weeks from order date from the studio in Chicago, IL.  Redbud Jewelry ships via USPS Priority Mail domestically and UPS internationally.  Shipping fees will be waived for all orders over $500 domestically, otherwise domestic shipping will be a flat fee of $10 and will be the responsibility of the buyer.  

Payment for shipping will not be required until order is ready to ship.  At that time, buyer will receive an invoice from Redbud Jewelry for shipping costs to be paid before order is sent.

Returns, Damages, and Repairs

Redbud Jewelry wants all items to look as lovely in store as they do when they ship! Shipments are packaged with extreme care, but if anything is damaged during shipping, Redbud Jewelry will replace all items at no cost to the retailer.

Repairs are easy to take care of! Simply send the item to Redbud Jewelry and I will repair within 7 days and ship back. (Redbud Jewelry will cover the cost of return shipping to the retailer or customer only.)

While returns are not accepted, Redbud Jewelry considers exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
