Shipping Information
All items under $300 ship via USPS and are fully insured. All items over $300 ship via UPS, are fully insured, and require a signature for delivery.

International Shipping
Please note that import/duty taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.  Redbud Jewelry is legally required to declare the total value of a shipment on customs forms when shipping.

Returns and Exchanges
Currently Redbud Jewelry does not accept returns.  Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the item's receipt except for fine jewelry that has been resized or custom work.  All return shipping for exchanges will be at buyer’s expense.

Sale items are final sale.

Warranty
We offer a 90 day warranty for all copper, brass, silver, and gold-fill jewelry.  If, within that time, your piece needs to be repaired and has received normal wear and tear, we will do so at no charge.  If your piece has received improper care, we will repair for a small fee.

We offer a 1 year warranty on all gold and custom jewelry. If, within that time, your piece needs to be repaired and has received normal wear and tear, we will do so at no charge.  This includes any minor repairs or loss of any stones under 3mm at no charge. Center stones and stones larger than 3mm are covered under this warranty for 14 days to allow you time to insure your ring. You will receive an insurance valuation letter with your fine jewelry or custom work purchase.

If your piece has received improper care, we will repair for a small fee.

Any work done by another jeweler on your piece negates this warranty.

All gold and custom jewelry may be cleaned, polished, and settings checked at our shop every 6 months for no additional charge for the lifetime of the piece. This is highly recommended to check the integrity of settings often.
