Many silver pieces are intentionally oxidized for an antique look. However, to polish bright silver pieces, use a silver polishing cloth.

All gold, incuding most pieces with stones, can be cleaned by soaking in a solution of warm water and mild dish soap. Remove from this solutioon and scrub with a soft bristled toothbrush to clean the settings and rinse. This is not recommended for opals or turquoise - avoid water with these porous stones.
All fine jewelry comes with a yearly complimentary cleaning and inspection. Contact us directly to schedule this.
Currently Redbud Jewelry does not accept returns. Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the item's receipt except for fine jewelry that has been resized or custom work. Resized jewelry and custom work are final sale. All return shipping and responsibility for any damage occurring during shipping for exchanges will be at buyer’s expense.
We offer a 90 day warranty for all silver jewelry. If, within that time, your piece needs to be repaired and has received normal wear and tear, we will do so at no charge. If your piece has received improper care, we will repair for a small fee.
For fine jewelry, we will cover the cost of repairs for the first 6 months including replacement of any accent stones 2mm or smaller as long as the piece has received normal wear and tear. This does not include replacement of center stones which will be the client's responsibility to insure - we provide an appraisal letter for your insurance company with each piece of fine jewelry.
All silver and gold used in the Redbud Jewelry studio is 100% recycled. We use gold and silver from a refiner who is independently SCS Gobal Services Certified to provide only recycled precious metal materials. All gemstones are sourced to the highest ethical standards and in most cases are traceable from the mine to your piece.
